Pre-order allows you to secure your heels in the size and style that you want. In certain circumstances where your heels may be out of stock with our supplier, we will find you an alternative pair or refund your purchase. Turnaround of heels takes approximately four weeks to complete for UK and international orders.

Orders placed within the UK will ship via Royal Mail. International orders will ship via DHL Express. Duties and taxes are included and calculated at checkout. Shipping times do not include handling time. Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of your order and all items must be in original condition to be eligible for a return.

This heel is true to size. All heels are advertised in UK sizes and this brand of heels come in whole sizes only. If you find you are in-between sizes, please size up, but take note, the plastic will stretch over time making the heel a bit bigger than intended if you decide to size up.
