We offer transparent and competitive shipping costs to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for postal delays out of our control or once items have left HQ on courier to your door. We cannot be held responsible for post price increases within the postal system.
You will always be provided with a tracking code for your parcel and depending on the post method you have selected at checkout, will determine the time within which your parcel is delivered to your door.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Buff Bombshell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues with the product, our aim is to make the process as easy and convenient for you as possible.
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for all UK (United Kingdom) orders within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a return or an exchange. Items not returned in the original condition and packaging will not be accepted, no exceptions. In such cases, customers will remain responsible for the payment, and the item will be shipped back.

Always remember to double-check your shipping address at checkout. Buff Bombshell is not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly entered address, and replacements or refunds will not be issued for such cases. You will always be sent a tracking code from the post provider for you to be able to track your parcel.

Every effort is taken to ensure your product arrives to you in top condition, however, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
