I cannot adequately put into words how wonderful it has been to have Lauren’s guidance through my first competition prep, but for lack of better words, I probably would feel so lost! There is so much info on the internet that could make you feel even less prepared or just overall confused. Lauren has been my backbone guiding me through each step without making it overwhelming; she’s a true expert in her field and super professional!
